I have been practicing yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2013. I have studied traditional Hatha Yoga and am influenced by the tantric tradition which sees the body as a vehicle to liberation. For me it has been the missing piece of the puzzle in my health and fitness journey that really does help bring me into balance in both body and mind. Although I enjoy a strong asana practice I think that breathing practices and meditation are integral to your yoga journey and are often more important than being able to bend ourselves into shapes! With my PT experience of anatomy and biomechanics I can guide my students through a safe practice in a fun and supporting atmosphere!
I offer 60 and 75 minute 1-2-1 private yoga sessions in the comfort of your own home where practices can be tailored to your specific needs and abilities! I also teach a class schedule (please see below) in East Kilbride as well as occasional weekend workshops, and I am available for private workshops and corporate work.
