Nutrition coaching is not about strict diet plans or calorie counting (at least not for most people).  Instead my job is to facilitate and help you make behavioural changes that support a healthy lifestyle!  It’s about creating new habits that encourage you to eat more nutritionally dense whole foods, and prioritise exercise, sleep, and mindful activities like yoga and meditation! This is a 12 month program that is delivered online with 1-2-1 support!
